There are lots of agents out here, but if you want an agent that understands real estate COMPREHENSIVELY-and puts your needs first-Gary is your guy. And his team is remarkable. My son (young adult) and I worked very close with Gary for about 5 months trying to find a home suitable for him as a first time homebuyer. Gary answered every single question-no matter how silly or 'beginner-ish' it seemed, (or freaked out we got); along with every phone call or concern we had. In fact, he made the whole experience a pleasure. Side note: Initially, I was turned down by one of the premier agents listed on Zillow. He said: oh do you realize that's a hud home? The price is.....oh well, I see. Listen my office is reeeeeally busy right now, so yeah, maybe you need someone else. Best advice ever!!!!!! Thanks, 'agent too arrogant and busy for certain homebuyers'. ;) The next day, Gary was showing us houses. Within weeks after making a final decision, we closed. It was an outstanding experience, start to finish full of professionalism, integrity, highs and lows that come with house buying, and fun too. I can't recommend him highly enough-don't even hesitate
Gary was excellent throughout the whole process.
He walked me through step by step during my first home buying purchase. Any time of day or night we was there to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. He made the process stressfree! Gary had knowledge on every part of the home buying process. I highly recommend Gary to anyone! There is nothing I would of changed, or that he could of done better! Couldn't be happier!!!
